Ayiis Goa was founded with a vision to preserve and celebrate Goas rich culinary heritage by reviving indigenous ingredients, forgotten recipes, and traditional cooking practices. While the quality and authenticity of the food were exceptional, the brand needed a distinctive identity that could resonate with contemporary audiences, stand out in a competitive food landscape, and position local Goan cuisine as a premium experience worthy of global recognition.
