Mumbai Optic Fair is one of India's largest eyewear industry exhibitions, bringing together brands, retailers, distributors, and industry professionals under one roof.

Titan Eyewear required a premium exhibition space to showcase its portfolio of brands, including Titan Sunglasses, Fastrack, Dash, and Oleo Collection, while creating dedicated areas for product discovery, brand storytelling, and business discussions.

Problem

Trade fair environments are highly competitive, with hundreds of brands competing for attention within limited floor space.

The challenge was to create an exhibition experience that:

Differentiated multiple brands within a single booth

I led the project from concept development through execution, designing a modular exhibition environment that combined premium presentation with efficient visitor flow.

Premium Titan and Oleo display zones with glass, chrome, and illuminated showcases
Fastrack experience area inspired by youth culture, using metal mesh, graffiti graphics, and industrial materials
Dash product display section with bold visual communication and digital touchpoints
Dedicated discussion rooms for business meetings and retailer interactions
Modular display systems for easy transportation and installation
Optimized customer flow and product visibility
